Job Summary
We are partnering with a major international technology event focused on innovation, digital transformation, and emerging technologies. The event brings together global industry leaders, startups, investors, policymakers, and technology professionals, creating strong commercial and networking opportunities. We are seeking results-driven Sales Representatives to support exhibitor, sponsorship, and partnership sales on a commission-only basis.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and engage potential exhibitors, sponsors, and partners (local and international)
- Promote participation packages, including exhibition booths, sponsorships, and speaking opportunities
- Conduct outreach via LinkedIn, email, calls, and professional networks
- Close deals and coordinate with the core team for onboarding and documentation
- Maintain basic lead tracking and sales reporting
Qualifications & Experience
- Proven experience in sales or business development within a technology-related company (ICT, software, cloud, telecom, hardware, startups, or related sectors)
- Demonstrated ability to close B2B deals
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-management skills
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and comfortable working on commission-only terms
- Existing professional networks are a strong advantage
Compensation
- Commission-based only.
- Commission range: 3โ5% per closed deal, depending on deal size and category.
