Community Banking Officer

Job Summary

The Community Banking Officer is responsible for supporting the growth and delivery of community-based banking services through customer acquisition, relationship management, financial service promotion, and operational support. The role focuses on strengthening customer engagement, expanding access to banking products, and ensuring efficient service delivery while maintaining compliance with banking policies and procedures.

Education:

• BA/BSc Degree in Economics, Management, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field of study.

Work Experience:

• Minimum of 2 years of relevant banking experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Promote and deliver community banking products and services to customers.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to improve satisfaction and retention.
• Identify opportunities to expand customer outreach and increase business growth.
• Support account opening, customer onboarding, and service activation processes.
• Provide guidance and information on banking products, procedures, and service offerings.
• Monitor customer needs and recommend suitable financial solutions.
• Ensure compliance with banking policies, operational procedures, and regulatory requirements.
• Prepare and maintain accurate customer and operational records.
• Support branch initiatives and contribute to achieving business targets.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve service issues professionally and efficiently.
