Job Details
Strategic Leadership and Planning
- Develop, prepare, and implement the annual construction operation plan aligned with the company’s overall strategic plan.
- Drive continuous improvement through the adoption of innovative construction technology and modern building techniques.
Construction Operation Oversight
- Oversee the entire construction project lifecycle, from planning to closure.
- Ensure all projects (residential and commercial) are delivered on time, within approved budget, and in accordance with approved scope and specifications.
Construction Management and Performance Control
- Provide leadership and oversight to technical managers, project managers, construction teams, and contractors.
- Monitor and evaluate project performance against schedule, cost, quality, and safety standards.
- Identify delays, cost overruns, or performance gaps and implement corrective actions.
Design Coordination and Technical Leadership
- Collaborate closely with internal and external design consultants to ensure:
- Design meets project objectives.
- Constructability and cost efficiency.
- Compliance with regulations and standards.
About You
Qualification
- MA/BA in Civil Engineering or related field.
Experience
- 10–14 years of related experience.
