Construction Operation Officer

Job Details

Strategic Leadership and Planning

• Develop, prepare, and implement the annual construction operation plan aligned with the company’s overall strategic plan.
• Drive continuous improvement through the adoption of innovative construction technology and modern building techniques.

Construction Operation Oversight

• Oversee the entire construction project lifecycle, from planning to closure.
• Ensure all projects (residential and commercial) are delivered on time, within approved budget, and in accordance with approved scope and specifications.

Construction Management and Performance Control

• Provide leadership and oversight to technical managers, project managers, construction teams, and contractors.
• Monitor and evaluate project performance against schedule, cost, quality, and safety standards.
• Identify delays, cost overruns, or performance gaps and implement corrective actions.

Design Coordination and Technical Leadership

• Collaborate closely with internal and external design consultants to ensure:
• Design meets project objectives.
• Constructability and cost efficiency.
• Compliance with regulations and standards.

About You

Qualification

• MA/BA in Civil Engineering or related field.

Experience

• 10–14 years of related experience.
