Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound & outbound customer tomer calls professionally
- Provide support for BirrLink's digital payment services Log and resolve customer inquiries using CRM/ticketing tools
- Guide merchants, agents, and consumers through service usage Escalate unresolved issues to Operations/Tech teams
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions .
- Ensure compliance with service quality standards and SLAS
Qualifications
- Diploma or Degree in Business, IT, Accounting, Marketing, or related fields
- Strong communication skills in Amharic and English is an advantage
- Customer service or call-center experience Knowledge of digital payments, fintech or banking operations is desirable
- Good computer and typing skills
