Key Responsibilities

Handle inbound & outbound customer tomer calls professionally
Provide support for BirrLink's digital payment services Log and resolve customer inquiries using CRM/ticketing tools
Guide merchants, agents, and consumers through service usage Escalate unresolved issues to Operations/Tech teams
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions .
Ensure compliance with service quality standards and SLAS

Qualifications

Diploma or Degree in Business, IT, Accounting, Marketing, or related fields
Strong communication skills in Amharic and English is an advantage
Customer service or call-center experience Knowledge of digital payments, fintech or banking operations is desirable
Good computer and typing skills
