Cupper (Sr.)

We are looking for a skilled and passionate Coffee Cupper to join our coffee export team. The role is responsible for evaluating coffee quality, ensuring consistency, and maintaining international standards for export markets.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct professional coffee cupping sessions to evaluate aroma, flavor, body, acidity, and aftertaste
• Grade green coffee beans based on quality standards and export requirements
• Identify defects and inconsistencies in coffee samples
• Maintain accurate cupping records and reports
• Collaborate with sourcing and production teams to ensure quality control
• Support in selecting coffee profiles suitable for different international markets
• Ensure compliance with global coffee quality standards and buyer specifications

Qualifications & Requirements

• Proven experience as a Coffee Cupper or in coffee quality control
• Certification from Coffee Quality Institute (Q Grader is a strong advantage)
• Strong sensory evaluation and tasting skills
• Deep understanding of coffee processing methods and grading systems
• Attention to detail and consistency in evaluation
• Good communication and reporting skills
