Customer Service Officer

Job Requirement

• Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in Office Administration, Marketing, Business Administration, Management, Hospitality Management, or other related fields of study.

• Experience: Minimum 1 year of relevant work experience. Experience in the construction or real estate sector is an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in person in a professional manner.
• Provide accurate information regarding company products and services.
• Handle and resolve customer complaints promptly and effectively.
• Maintain customer records and regularly update databases.
• Follow up on customer requests and ensure timely issue resolution.
• Coordinate with internal departments to address customer needs efficiently.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality.
• Prepare basic reports on customer interactions, complaints, and feedback.
• Adhere to company policies, procedures, and customer service standards.
• Build positive relationships with customers to enhance loyalty and trust.
