Job Summary:
Responsible for providing high-quality customer service, handling customer inquiries, and ensuring customer satisfaction while maintaining strong communication and professionalism.
Qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communication, Psychology, Computer Science, Marketing, Management, or related fields
Experience:
- Minimum 3 years in customer service, sales, or related areas

- Ability to monitor and interpret customer satisfaction KPIs
- Basic computer skills

General Requirements:
- Must understand and respect local culture, language, and regulations
