Role Purpose
The Digital Marketer + Grant Applicator will lead Quanomic’s visibility and funding strategy during its rapid entry into the ITO/BPO market. This hybrid role will amplify Quanomic’s public voice, attract aligned partners, and secure resources to fuel delivery and impact.
Duration: Full time with Remote Flexibility
Key Responsibilities
A. Digital Marketing & Visibility
- Lead digital presence campaigns aimed at growing Quanomic’s LinkedIn following and strong presence on other platforms.
- Develop and execute content strategy for LinkedIn and other platforms.
- Draft and publish posts that reflect Quanomic’s voice, values, and service offerings.
- Collaborate with internal teams to spotlight projects, team culture, and milestones.
- Support development of a strong online portfolio showcasing ITO/BPO services, CAD solutions, and other related services.
- Track engagement metrics and adjust strategy based on performance to maximize impact.
B. Grant Research & Application
- Identify relevant grant opportunities aligned with tech, agriculture, climate change, innovation, and sustainability.
- Develop grant review criteria and shortlisting framework.
- Collaborate with team leads to gather data, impact stories, and technical input.
- Maintain a tracker of deadlines, submissions, and follow-ups.
C. Strategic Communication & Outreach
- Support proposal development with compelling narratives and visuals.
- Assist in partnership outreach through email templates, pitch decks, and follow-ups.
- Ensure brand consistency across all external communications.

- Proven experience in designing and executing digital marketing campaigns across platforms, focusing on LinkedIn and portfolio-based outreach.
- Skilled in crafting compelling narratives, visual assets, and branded content that reflect organizational values and service offerings.
- Demonstrated ability to identify relevant funding opportunities, develop review frameworks, and draft high-quality grant applications.
- Proficient in using digital tools for engagement tracking, analytics interpretation, and performance reporting.
- Prior experience with high-end technology-related products is a plus.
