Job Summary:
We are a full-service digital, conventional marketing and events agency delivering strategy-driven results for clients across industries. As we expand our portfolio, we’re seeking committed and capable interns to join our team and contribute to real projects while gaining valuable industry experience.
- Location: Addis Ababa / Hybrid
- Duration: 2 months
Excel Digitals is looking for a motivated and creative Digital Marketing Intern to support our marketing and communication activities. This 2-months internship provides practical experience in online marketing, social media management, and promotional campaign coordination.
Key Responsibilities
- Digital Marketing Research and Strategy Development
- Assist in managing the company’s & client’s social media pages (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Telegram, Tiktok, YouTube, etc.).
- Create and post engaging content (texts, images, and short videos) based on provided materials.
- Monitor and report on social media engagement and analytics.
- Support in planning and executing digital campaigns and awareness activities.
- Maintain an organized schedule of posts and track campaign performance.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Diploma or degree, Certified (or currently studying) in Marketing, Business, Communication, or related fields.
- Basic understanding of social media platforms and trends.
- Good writing and communication skills in English and Amharic.
- Excellent Computer literacy (Microsoft Office, Google Docs, etc.).
- Good copywriting skill
- Creative mindset and attention to detail.
- Experience with Meta Ads or Google tools is a plus.
