What you’ll do

• Review scripts, concepts, storyboards, and production plans.
• Maintain client relationships and present ideas confidently.

• Proven experience as a Director or in a senior leadership role.
• Experience in advertising, TVC production, or media agency environments.
• Solid understanding of production processes, storytelling, and visual communication.
• Knowledge of modern production tools, cameras, and editing workflows.
• Strong creative vision with the ability to turn ideas into clear, actionable plans.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and team-management skills.
• Ability to inspire, guide, and motivate diverse teams.
• Strong presentation and client-management abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
