What you’ll do
- Lead the planning, development, and execution of projects from start to finish.
- Manage creative teams, production teams, and cross-department collaboration.
- Oversee project timelines, budgets, and deliverables to ensure high-quality output.
- Provide strategic direction and ensure all work aligns with the company’s goals and brand standards.
- Review scripts, concepts, storyboards, and production plans.
- Maintain client relationships and present ideas confidently.

- Proven experience as a Director or in a senior leadership role.
- Experience in advertising, TVC production, or media agency environments.
- Solid understanding of production processes, storytelling, and visual communication.
- Knowledge of modern production tools, cameras, and editing workflows.
