What you’ll do
- Lead the planning, development, and execution of projects from start to finish.
- Manage creative teams, production teams, and cross-department collaboration.

- Review scripts, concepts, storyboards, and production plans.
- Maintain client relationships and present ideas confidently.

- Proven experience as a Director or in a senior leadership role.
- Experience in advertising, TVC production, or media agency environments.
- Solid understanding of production processes, storytelling, and visual communication.
- Knowledge of modern production tools, cameras, and editing workflows.
- Strong creative vision with the ability to turn ideas into clear, actionable plans.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and team-management skills.
- Ability to inspire, guide, and motivate diverse teams.
- Strong presentation and client-management abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
