Job Summary

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Management, Business Administration, Secretarial Science, Office Administration, or related field
- Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience as Executive Assistant, Senior Secretary, or Executive Office Coordinator
- Strong experience in calendar management, executive correspondence, and meeting coordination
- Proven experience in preparing management meeting minutes, board documentation, and executive reports
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Amharic
- High level of professionalism, confidentiality, and discretion
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience working with senior executives is highly preferred
