Our state-of-the-art manufacturing plant in Hawasa, Ethiopia, is seeking a suitable candidate for the position of Executive Finance with the below qualifications.

Primary Responsibilities and Duties

• Assisting in the preparation of financial reports, budgets, and forecasts
• Conducting variance analysis and providing insights to improve financial performance
• Monitoring and analyzing financial data to identify trends and areas for improvement
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to streamline processes
• Supporting senior management in decision-making by providing timely and accurate financial information
• Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies
• Manage and handle all tax-related matters, including tax filings, compliance, and reporting
• Oversee treasury functions, including cash flow management, banking transactions, and liquidity planning

Required Qualifications and Experiences

• A bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, and an MBA will be a distinct advantage
• 2+ years of experience in finance in a similar role
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP environment
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
