Requirements:
- Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Textile Technology, Industrial Engineering, or related fields (Master’s degree is an advantage).
- Work Experience: Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience, preferably in a production management role within textile or manufacturing industries.
Professional Skills:
- Strong knowledge of textile/thread production processes and quality control standards.
- Proven ability to manage production planning, scheduling, and workflow optimization.
- Experience in managing factory operations, machinery, and maintenance coordination.
- Ability to lead, supervise, and develop production teams effectively.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of health, safety, and environmental standards in manufacturing.
- Good communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
