We are seeking motivated, energetic, and self-driven Field Sales Agents to join our growing sales team on a commission-based structure. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about sales, customer engagement, and achieving targets in a competitive field environment.
Job Summary
The Field Sales Agent is responsible for identifying potential customers, promoting company products/services, and generating sales through direct field engagement. The role requires strong communication skills, persistence, and the ability to work independently to meet and exceed sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and approach potential customers in assigned areas
- Promote and sell company products and services
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
- Provide accurate product information and respond to customer inquiries
- Collect customer feedback and report market trends
- Prepare and submit daily sales activity reports
- Maintain a professional image of the company in the field
Qualification Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Sales, Management, or related field
- 0–2 years of experience in sales or related roles
