Finance Data Encoder And Office Attendant

Key Responsibilities

Finance Data Encoding Duties:

• Data Entry & Management: Accurately input financial transactions such as invoices, receipts, payments, and journal entries into databases or accounting software (e.g., Excel, SAP, QuickBooks).
• Accuracy and Verification: Verify entered data against source documents to detect and correct errors or discrepancies, ensuring data integrity.
• Record Keeping: Organize, maintain, and update financial files, spreadsheets, and ledgers in compliance with company policies and data privacy regulations.
• Reporting Assistance: Assist in preparing financial summaries, basic reports, and documentation for audits as required by the finance team or management.
• Confidentiality: Handle sensitive financial information with the utmost integrity and confidentiality.

Office Attendant Duties:

• General Administration: Provide administrative support to office staff, which may include managing correspondence, preparing documents, and maintaining records.
• Office Operations Support: Assist in ensuring seamless office operations, which can involve managing office supplies, handling mail, and coordinating with other departments.
• Logistics: Receive and record official documents, ensure completeness of attachments, and store completed documents in designated locations.
• Equipment Management: Assist with basic office equipment usage, such as scanners and printers, and potentially provide support for minor technical issues in coordination with the IT team.
• Ad-hoc Tasks: Perform other related duties and tasks as assigned by supervisors to support general office functions.

Qualification

• BSC Degree/Level 4 in Accounting and other related fields. And no experience is needed .
