Job Summary
Leapfrog Software Technology Africa PLC is expanding rapidly in the telecom distribution sector (airtime, M-Pesa, SIM, smartphones). We are looking for a high-performing Finance Director to lead our financial operations across a high-volume, fast-moving environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead all financial operations: accounting, reporting, treasury & budgeting
- Oversee cash collection, shop deposits, reconciliation, and float management
- Ensure accurate monthly financial statements & IFRS compliance
- Strengthen internal controls across 35+ shops and field operations
- Manage taxes, audits, and regulatory compliance
- Oversee stock & inventory finance for airtime, SIMs, phones, and M-Pesa
- Provide strategic financial insights to support business growth
We Are Looking For
- 10+ years’ experience in senior finance roles
- Strong background in telecom distribution, FMCG, or retail chains
- IFRS certified
- Expertise in reconciliation, cash control, and high-volume transactions
- Strong leadership experience managing diverse teams
- Proficiency in Tally, Peachtree, POS or ERP systems
