Job Summary
Dallol Hotel is seeking a dynamic, highly disciplined, and results-oriented Finance Manager who will be responsible for overseeing all financial operations of the hotel, ensuring sound financial management, compliance, budgeting, reporting, and profitability enhancement.
Job Requirement
Qualification: BA Degree in Accounting & Finance or related field from a recognized institution.
Experience: Minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience, of which at least 2 years must be in a managerial or related senior finance position. Previous hotel or hospitality industry experience is highly preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily financial operations, accounting, and reporting activities.
- Prepare annual budgets, forecasts, and financial performance reports.
- Ensure compliance with tax regulations, internal controls, and audit requirements.
- Monitor cash flow, expenses, and revenue performance.
- Support management with financial analysis and strategic decision-making.
- Supervise finance staff and maintain efficient department operations.
Skills:
- Strong leadership and team management ability.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good knowledge of accounting software and MS Office applications.
- High level of integrity, accuracy, and attention to detail.
