Job Description
The Fleet and Fuel Supervisor is responsible for overseeing efficient management of vehicles and fuel resources, ensuring proper allocation, monitoring, and reporting to support operational continuity, cost control, and compliance with company policies.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Supervise daily fleet operations, manage vehicle assignments and driver schedules, monitor and record fuel consumption, verify fuel requests and receipts, maintain organized records, generate reports on utilization and costs, identify discrepancies, support audits, ensure compliance with safety and operational standards, collaborate with staff, and prepare summaries and reports for management.
Educational Qualifications:
- Degree in Logistics, Transport Management, Supply Chain, or a related field
Professional Experience:
- 3–5 years in fleet management, fuel supervision, or related operations
Core Professional Skills:
- Logistics, Transport Management, and Supply Chain
