Job Summary
This role will be responsible and accountable for the Financial planning and forecasting agenda for the Senselet MU within the SSA BU. Candidate is expected to lead Senselet FP&A to provide senior stakeholders (MU and BU LT) with timely and accurate financial and operational forecasts to set / support / deliver business performance. Role is also expected to review Actuals performance in details and highlight any opportunities for cost avoidance, optimization and process improvement. Synthesize and consolidate financial performance and optimize revenue realization, return on expenditure and cashflows through performance management and visibility.
Responsibilities
- Financial planning and analysis Leader: Financial business partner navigating toward financial target delivery and optimization across business functions
- Lead financial planning process and deliverables
- (weekly, monthly, annual forecast / actuals review, AOP, BU/Sector submissions, OCF)
- Performance management against targets and forecasts, Risk & Opportunity assessment / Gap identification
- Financial target setting / Trade-off and resource allocation decision support
- Research, analyses, reconcile, and validate a variety of data sets and information to inform business decisions
- Drive financial forecast accuracy by staying on top of business activities affecting performance
- Opex cost management and productivity tracking & projects support
- Manage business reviews and support leadership on review materials
- BU interface on performance of the MU
Qualifications
- BSC. Degree in Business Management / Finance
- 8+ years plus experience in finance
- Prior FP&A experience would be advantageous
- Experience in multinational / FMCG environment would be advantageous
