About the Role:

The Front Desk / Office Administrator will ensure smooth daily operations of the organization, acting as the first point of contact for visitors, staff, and external partners. This role is key to maintaining organized workflows and supporting the team in achieving program goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee day-to-day administrative operations, ensuring smooth office functionality.
  • Greet visitors, answer phone calls, and manage inquiries professionally.
  • Assist with scheduling workshops, training sessions, and seminars.
  • Provide administrative support to the team, including preparing documents and maintaining office supplies.
  • Coordinate and maintain office records, files, and databases.
  • Support event planning and execution, including logistics and participant management.
  • Facilitate communication between departments, staff, and external partners.
  • Assist in tracking project timelines and deliverables.
  • Handle additional duties and projects as assigned by management.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Customer Service, Management, Business Administration, Social Science , or related fields.
  • 2 - 4 years of experience 
  • Fluent in verbal and written English.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Ability to work independently and under minimal supervision.
  • Passion for youth empowerment and social change.
