National Aviation College is an authorized private higher education institute that is engaged in the provision of aviation related college programs. Further, with the authorization of the FDRE Education and Training Authority (ETA), the college provides different undergraduate, post graduate and distance learning Programs in Accounting and Finance, Marketing Management, Hotel Management, Aviation Management, Pharmacy and Comprehensive Nursing. And TVET program Accounting and Finance, front office , hard weir and networking service, Marketing sales management, Pharmacy and Comprehensive Nursing Currently, the College is seeking to fill the different position with competent and energetic individual on permanent condition
Key Responsibilities:
- Organize and oversee training courses
- Work with trainers and students
- Build partnerships with companies and institutions
- Monitor program performance and improve it when needed
- Handle program budgets and resources
- Support students with guidance and job placement
- Undertake other tasks assigned by line manager
Qualifications
- Bachelor degree & above level of qualification in Front Office Service or Hotel management
- GPA both males and female is > 2.5
- Experience: Not required, but Advantageous
- Holistic COC and Teaching methodology is required.
