About Shewaber Rewards

We’re building a next-generation loyalty and cashback platform that helps customers earn rewards by:

• Uploading receipts
• Tracking spend
• Unlocking targeted offers

Backed by strong early interest from local and regional partners, we’re building a product that brings true value to shoppers and powerful insights to brands and stores.

Your Role

As a Full-Stack Developer, you’ll work closely with the founding team to:

• Build robust backend systems
• Create intuitive user experiences
• Architect a product designed to scale and drive everyday usage

Tech Stacks

Node.js (TypeScript), GraphQL with Apollo Server, Prisma ORM, MySQL, React.js (TypeScript), TailwindCSS, Apollo Client, Mobile-first, fast loading interface (BONUS).

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in full-stack or backend roles
• Strong expertise in Node.js, GraphQL, and Prisma ORM
• Proficiency with MySQL or other SQL databases
• Frontend experience with React and Apollo Client is a BONUS
• Built or contributed to large-scale production systems
• Experience integrating with payment platforms (e.g., Chapa, Santimpay, etc.)
• Strong understanding of clean architecture, performance optimization, and security

Bonus Skills

• Experience with OCR or receipt-parsing APIs
• Built or maintained loyalty or reward systems
• Familiarity with analytics dashboards or customer segmentation
• Past work in consumer apps or e-commerce platforms
