Job Summary:
Duto is looking for a responsible and energetic General Support Officer to support the day-to-day activities of the office. The role requires a flexible individual who can assist across different functions, including reception support, basic store handling, administrative coordination, customer follow-up, and general office operations.
This opportunity is ideal for junior candidates who are organized, proactive, and able to handle multiple responsibilities in a professional environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome and assist visitors and clients professionally
- Support basic reception and front-desk activities
- Assist with store and inventory handling when required
- Support simple accounting and document-related tasks
- Collect checks, documents, payments, or materials from clients and partners when needed
- Coordinate office purchases and follow up on operational needs
- Organize files, records, and office documents
- Assist different departments with daily administrative tasks
- Ensure smooth day-to-day office coordination and support
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering Management, Accounting, Business Administration, or related fields
- 0–2 years of experience preferred
- Basic knowledge of MS Word and Excel
- Good communication and organizational skills
- Willingness to handle both office and field-related assignments
- Strong work ethic and professional attitude
- Female candidates only
