Job Summary
Nexify Technology is revolutionizing school management in Ethiopia! We're replacing outdated paper-based systems with our modern Nexify Pi School System - a digital platform that creates a paperless environment and enhances communication between schools, teachers, and parents.
We're looking for two passionate fresh graduates to join as Graduate Trainee Support Engineers. No experience needed - we provide 2 months of paid training to make you an expert in our system!
Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support for Pi School System users
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues
- Help schools transition to paperless management
- Ensure smooth system operation
- Collaborate with our development team
Qualification:
- Recent graduate in Computer Science/IT or related field
- Great problem-solving skills
- Good communication abilities
