About the Program
Are you a 2025 graduate eager to kick-start your career in the world of technology and innovation? BIOS Engineering & Trading invites passionate and driven graduates to join our Graduate Trainee Program, designed to develop the next generation of skilled professionals in the IT and engineering fields. Over the course of six months, trainees will gain hands-on experience working across multiple technical teams, including:
- Data Center & Facilities (DCF)
- Network & Cybersecurity Integrated Security Systems Compute,
- Backup & Storage Systems
This program combines structured training, mentorship, and real project exposure, offering an exceptional opportunity to learn, grow and discover where your strengths shine best.
At the end of the training period, high-performing trainees will be considered for permanent roles within the department that best matches their performance and interests
Employment Type: 6-Months Paid Contract (with potential for full-time placement)
Who We’re Looking For
We’re seeking fresh graduates of 2025 with academic backgrounds in: Computer Engineering Electrical Engineering Software Engineering Computer Science Information Communication Technology or other related technical fields.
You should have:
- A passion for technology and problem-solving
- Willingness to learn in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Commitment to completing the 6-month program on-site in Addis Ababa
