About This Opportunity
Ericsson is looking for a Head of Integration Services Hub1 within the Service Line (SL) Business and Operations Systems (BOS). This key leadership role is part of BOS Delivery Excellence, responsible for leading service excellence in the services business, pre-sales, and integrated delivery models.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Service Excellence: Manage a team of senior services professionals in delivering exceptional service.
- Accountability for Engagement: Responsible for services engagement and pre-sales, targeting profitability.
- Align with Solution Area: Drive services offering build-up, presales, and delivery for the EMEA region.
- Manage Competence Planning: Ensure service delivery readiness aligned with business evolution.
Requirements
- Experience: 12+ years in the telecom industry with a leadership track record in professional services.
- Educational Background: University degree in ICT/Engineering; a graduate degree, such as an MBA, is a plus.
- People Management: Proven track record leading senior team members and leading leaders.
