ALLIED ENERGY PLC is a registered company in Ethiopia undertaking a unique investment in a modern and safe way of supplying LPG gas. The company is the first in Ethiopia to import bulk LPG gas using ISO containers all the way from the U.A.E. The company imported a brand new LPG storage tank with a capacity of 500KG, 1000KG, and 2000KG, and will be offering 10,000KG, 15,000KG, and up to 30,000KG of LPG storage tanks, including all the necessary equipment for installation. The company also provides LPG gas in 6kg, 12kg, and 50kg cylinders.
Allied Energy PLC is also the first company to import bulk Argon gas to Ethiopia using ISO tanks, which enables us to be consistent in refilling any kind of cylinders in our modern filling plant located in Dukem City.
Allied Energy PLC is a business partner with OPTECH ENGINEERING PLC and TRIDENT GAS AND OIL ENGINEERING COMPANY (INDIAN COMPANY).
Role Overview
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR practices and employment law, and they will be responsible for overseeing all HR functions, such as recruitment, developing a performance evaluation system, handling annual and other leaves, termination, and compliance with labor regulations. The main responsibilities to be handled are listed as follows:
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business plan
- Manage the recruitment and Selection Process
- Support the business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and preservation of Human Capital
- Maintaining HR records and database
- Oversees and manages a performance appraisal system
- Promoting a positive workplace culture and employee engagement
- Maintain pay plan and benefit packages
- Assess training needs and monitor training programs
- Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management
- Ensuring workplace safety compliance with health regulations
Qualification
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration/ Psychology or related fields
- 3-5 Years’ experience in Human Resource Manager or similar roles
- Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with employees
- Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
