Job Summary

The Human Resource Service Head is responsible for implementing activities related to talent management, talent development, talent acquisition, and onboarding. The position also performs HR operational activities and functions such as supervising day-to-day personnel tasks, receiving applications, compiling and maintaining personnel records, drafting letters and memos, and organizing and tabulating data.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate the company’s hiring process.
• Shortlist applicants and present them to the respective department.
• Keep minutes of meetings, compile required employee information, collect medical and police clearances for new recruits, and conduct reference checks.
• Ensure staffs are paid correctly and on time.
• Manage pensions and benefits administration.
• Organize staff training programs.
• Draft employment, transfer, promotion, and salary increment letters.
• Organize and tabulate data, source documents, and prepare reports.
• Monitor employee attendance.
• Advise on disciplinary and employee performance issues.Manage leave administration by preparing leave schedules in consultation with concerned departments, calculating and verifying leave balances, and preparing reports on absenteeism and tardiness.
• Process disciplinary measures in accordance with company guidelines and the Collective Agreement.
• Collect and compile employee performance evaluation reports from departments, analyze results, and prepare summary reports.

Qualification

• Bachelor’s degree from a recognized university or college in Management, Business Administration, Human Resource Management, or Public Administration.
• Five (5) years of relevant experience, of which at least one (1) year must be in a supervisory or senior position.
