Head Of Operations

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Head of Operations to oversee and manage the company’s overall operations, including Import & Export activities and Health Services operations. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in operational leadership, process optimization, and regulatory compliance, with the ability to drive efficiency and growth across multiple business functions.

Reporting To: Managing Director / CEO

Key Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership and oversight of all company operations
• Manage and coordinate import and export operations, ensuring compliance with trade and customs regulations
• Oversee health services operations, ensuring quality standards, regulatory compliance, and efficient service delivery
• Develop and implement operational policies, procedures, and performance standards
• Lead, mentor, and manage departmental heads and operational teams
• Monitor operational performance, budgets, and KPIs to ensure business objectives are met
• Liaise with regulatory authorities, partners, and key stakeholders
• Identify risks, improve processes, and drive continuous operational improvement

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Logistics, Health Management, or a related field (Master’s degree is an advantage)
• Minimum 10 years of senior management experience in operations
• Proven track record managing import/export operations and service-based activities
• Strong knowledge of regulatory compliance related to trade and health services
• Demonstrated leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication, planning, and organizational abilities

Desirable Skills

• Experience managing multi-sector operations
• Strong financial and operational reporting skills
• Ability to work under pressure and lead complex operations
