Key Responsibilities:
- Provide strategic leadership and direction for the overall academic and administrative operations of the school.
- Ensure successful implementation of the Pearson Edexcel Curriculum and uphold international education standards.
- Foster a culture of excellence, continuous improvement, and innovation in teaching and learning.
- Lead and supervise the academic, operational, and administrative teams.
- Build strong relationships with parents, staff, students, and external stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- Master's Degree (MSc or MBA), PhD in Education, Educational Leadership, School Management, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of leadership/management experience in an international school setting.
- At least 2 years of proven experience, preferably working with the Pearson Edexcel Curriculum.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- A clear understanding of international best practices in education.
