Responsibilities
- Responsible for associates’ health and related issues by providing medication and proper counseling.
- Establish, control and implement integrated prevention mechanism of disease and maintenance of hygiene & sanitation factors.
- Facilitates associates’ medication process within the premises and carry out referrals to other health centers / hospitals.
- Keep track of associates’ sick leave, maternity leave days and expenses and compile a monthly report.
- Assist the Duty Doctor and control over all clinic activity, give fist aid treatment for minor health problems.
- Coordinate periodic medical checkup and vaccination for associates as required; organize individual associate’ medical file.
- Work in collaboration with the hotel’s Health, Environment, Safety & Security Committee in creating conducive work environment, accident prevention & investigation, and conducting health awareness training.
Qualification
- Degree in Nursing from recognized university/college is required. Specialized certifications are an asset.
- Certificate of computer literacy is desirable.
- Minimum of five years of solid work experience in governmental/ recognized private hospitals after graduation is required. Relevant supervisory experience is desired.
LANGUAGE PROFICIENCY:
- Fluent in English language conversation, well spoken, read, write, understand English. Another foreign language is desirable.

- Must possess hands on computer skills in the Microsoft Office Environment.
- Ability to work with minimum supervision, under pressure and handle multiple assignments.
- Ability to prepare and analyze data figures and transcriptions prepared and generated by computer.
- High level of integrity, fully conversant with hotel policy, respect confidentiality of company/associates’ information
- Possess excellent human relations skills, pleasant personality, and positive body language
- Ability to understand, respect and work with diverse cultures
- High interpersonal skills, to run operation smoothly by collaborating with other departments
- Detail oriented personality
- Ability to work on weekends/Holidays and shifts other than a day shift
- Conversant with safety and security standards and able to act swiftly in leading associates/guests and team in case of emergency
- Working knowledge of relevant, Hotel’s Human Resources Guidelines; Collective Agreement and other related policies and procedures and local laws.
