Responsibilities
- Determine HR plan for the departments and prepare the companies
- Prepare and execute Organizational recruitment and selection process.
- Develop and execute performance appraisals schedule
- Plan, organize and coordinate staff training and development activities.
- Supervise all HRM personnel activities including Social security and labor law.
- Direct and coordinates activities concerned with the Security, cleaning, office & building maintenance.
- Follow-up and approval of utility bills of electric, water, telephone, internet.
- Coordinate all general service activities of the company.
- Perform all HR Personnel activities of the company Follow up building and office equipment maintenance and all general service activities of the company.
- Follow up and reports weekly and monthly Time attendance.
Qualification
- First Degree Management, Business Administration or related
- 2 years of experience as HR Admin
- Excellent Computer Literacy (MS-Windows, MS- Word, MS – Excel, Email, etc.)
