Responsibilities

• Determine HR plan for the departments and prepare the companies
• Prepare and execute Organizational recruitment and selection process.
• Develop and execute performance appraisals schedule
• Plan, organize and coordinate staff training and development activities.
• Supervise all HRM personnel activities including Social security and labor law.
• Direct and coordinates activities concerned with the Security, cleaning, office & building maintenance.
• Follow-up and approval of utility bills of electric, water, telephone, internet.
• Coordinate all general service activities of the company.
• Perform all HR Personnel activities of the company Follow up building and office equipment maintenance and all general service activities of the company.
• Follow up and reports weekly and monthly Time attendance.

Qualification

• First Degree Management, Business Administration or related
• 2 years of experience as HR Admin
• Excellent Computer Literacy (MS-Windows, MS- Word, MS – Excel, Email, etc.)
