Hr Manager

Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly skilled and proactive HR Manager to lead and strengthen our human resources function. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in developing HR systems from the ground up, implementing policies, driving recruitment, and delivering effective training programs. This is a key leadership role for a professional who can bring structure, compliance, and people-centered solutions to our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop a complete HR Manual, including policies, procedures, organizational structure, and implementation plans.
• Lead end-to-end recruitment processes: job postings, screening, interviewing, onboarding, and orientation.
• Design and deliver training & development programs aligned with organizational needs. 
• Ensure compliance with Ethiopian labor laws and best HR practices.
• Manage employee relations, performance evaluation processes, and disciplinary procedures.
• Maintain accurate HR records, contracts, and documentation.
• Provide strategic HR advice to management and support in building a positive work culture.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in HR Management, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s is an advantage).
• Minimum 4 years of hands-on HR experience, including HR policy development and implementation.
• Strong knowledge of Ethiopian labor law and HR best practices.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and people management skills.
• Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and deliver high-quality outputs.
• Experience in training, recruitment, and organizational development is highly preferred.
