Job Description
We are seeking a strategic and results-driven HR Manager to join our dynamic team at Orbit Health. In this pivotal role, you will lead our HR initiatives, strengthen a culture of engagement, development, and performance within the organization. You'll leverage your expertise to align HR strategies with business objectives, ensuring our workforce is empowered and equipped to drive our mission forward.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and engagement.
- Oversee recruitment processes, including workforce planning, talent acquisition, and onboarding, ensuring a seamless candidate experience.
- Design and execute employee development programs that enhance skills, knowledge, and career progression for all employees.
- Manage employee relations and conflict resolution, promoting a positive work environment and ensuring adherence to company policies.
- Analyze HR metrics to assess the effectiveness of HR initiatives and identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with leadership to create and maintain a performance management system that drives accountability and aligns with business objectives.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations, mitigating risks and protecting the organization.
- Manage compensation, benefits, and incentive structures to attract and retain talent.
- Drive employee engagement strategies and retention efforts.
- Build and promote Orbit Health’s employer brand internally and externally.
- Strengthen a culture of diversity, equity, inclusion, and psychological safety.
- Anticipating future talent needs and identifying skill gaps and planning for organizational changes.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in HR management or related roles, with a proven track record of driving HR initiatives and enhancing organizational performance.
- Proven track record of developing and implementing HR strategies that drive business results.
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Strong knowledge of employment laws, regulations, and best practices.
- Experience with HRIS systems and data analytics to drive decision-making.
Preferred:
- Master's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
- HR certification (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP) is a plus.
- Experience in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- Proficiency in employee engagement and change management strategies.
