Job Summary
Bunnamore, a leading company in the food and beverage industry, is currently hiring for several key positions. As the exclusive franchisee of Illycaffè in Ethiopia, we proudly operate two locations in Addis Ababa—our Sunshine branch and the newly opened flagship at Addis Ababa Bole International Airport. As we continue to elevate our service standards and enhance our customer experience, we are looking for skilled and motivated individuals to join our team in the following role.
We are seeking an experienced and strategic Human Resource Manager to lead our HR function and support the growth of our organization. The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership, proven HR expertise, and a passion for fostering an inclusive, high-performing workplace. Experience in the hospitality or service sectors is highly desirable.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and oversee HR policies, procedures, and programs in alignment with company goals.
- Manage full-cycle HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee relations, and retention strategies.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and employment regulations.
- Partner with leadership to support organizational growth and culture.
- Lead workforce planning, training, and development initiatives.
- Oversee compensation and benefits programs to ensure competitiveness and fairness.
- Manage employee engagement and conflict resolution effectively.
- Provide guidance and coaching to management teams on HR best practices.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Management, Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s degree is a plus).
- Minimum of 8 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
- Proven knowledge of HR practices, labor law, and compliance standards.
- Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Demonstrated experience in talent acquisition, employee development, and organizational design.
- High level of integrity, confidentiality, and professionalism.
- Experience in the hospitality or service sectors will be considered an advantage.
- Proficiency in MS Office and HR management systems.
