Ithiel MCH Center is seeking a qualified and motivated IT Officer to join our team on a contractual basis, with the possibility of renewal based on performance and organizational needs.
Position Summary:
The IT Officer will be responsible for providing day-to-day technical support across the Center, serving as the focal person for our Electronic Medical Records (EMR) system, and assisting in technology-related purchases, maintenance, functions, and trainings.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide timely technical support to staff on hardware, software, and network issues.
- Serve as the EMR focal person, ensuring smooth operation, updates, troubleshooting, and user support.
- Assist in evaluating, purchasing, and maintaining IT equipment and software.
- Support technology-driven initiatives and staff training sessions.
- Perform basic graphic design, video editing, or other creative tasks as needed (a plus, not mandatory).
- Collaborate with various departments to support tech-enabled service delivery and operational needs.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of one (1) year of relevant working experience.
- Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Previous experience in a healthcare setting is an advantage but not required.
- Strong troubleshooting, communication, and organizational skills.
- Additional skills in graphic design, video editing, or related areas are considered a strong plus.
Terms of Employment:
- Type: One-year contract with the possibility of renewal.
- Salary: Negotiable, based on qualifications and experience.
