IT Systems And Digital Transformation Officer

Imagine1day is strengthening its digital ecosystem through ERP implementation and integrated platforms (LMS, EMIS, data systems). This role supports system development, deployment, and organizational digital transformation.

Objective of the Assignment

• To design, implement, customize, deploy, and support ERP systems while driving digital transformation initiatives across the organization

Scope of Work

ERP Development and Customization

• Customize ERP modules: HR, Finance, Project, Stock, Fleet, Procurement
• Develop additional features aligned with business processes
• Maintain system integrity and performance

System Administration and Deployment

• Manage Ubuntu-based servers and deployments
• Configure PostgreSQL databases
• Conduct testing, debugging, and updates

User Support and Capacity Building

• Provide day-to-day technical support
• Develop user manuals and guidelines
• Deliver structured training sessions

Digital Transformation Implementation

• Support implementation of digital strategy
• Integrate ERP with other organizational digital tools (if available)
• Promote digital adoption and governance

Deliverables

• Customized and operational ERP modules
• Technical documentation (manuals, SOPs)
• Training sessions and reports
• System deployment and maintenance reports
• Contribution to digital transformation milestones

Required Qualifications

• BSc in IT, Software Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience mainly full stack software developer

Technical Requirements

• Java, Node.js, scripting
• PostgreSQL database management
• Ubuntu/Linux server administration
• ERP system development and deployment

Additional Advantages

• Experience with LMS, EMIS and EdTech
• Knowledge of Power BI, QGIS, Pivot Tables
• Experience in low-bandwidth environments

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Ability to demonstrate previous work
