Job Summary
The IT, Systems & Automation Officer will build and maintain internal workflow systems using Google Workspace (Sheets, Forms, Drive, Docs, Gmail, Calendar) and Apps Script. Additionally, you will manage IT administration for company hardware, including software maintenance, user privileges, and access control across departments.
Key Responsibilities
- Google Workspace & Automation: Develop operational trackers and dashboards in Google Sheets; manage Google Forms for internal reporting; build Apps Script automations for auto-ID numbering, folder creation, and PDF generation; maintain Drive folder structures and permissions.
- IT Administration: Install and maintain company software; troubleshoot Windows systems, printers, and basic network issues; manage user accounts and data access control.
- Documentation & Training: Create SOPs and user guides; train staff on workflow systems; maintain device and access inventories.
Qualifications
- Education: BA Degree or Diploma in Computer Science, IT, Information Systems, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Google Sheets (formulas, pivot tables, dashboards) and basic-to-intermediate Apps Script; Windows administration and troubleshooting skills.
