Job Summary

Selam Hawassa Business Group PLC is a private limited company at Hawassa near to the industrial park. It has two main departments: Manufacturing and Technical and Vocational Training College. The college would like to invite interested applicants for the following position as per the following criteria:

Qualification

• Bachelor degree in business administration, Human resource, Marketing, Sociology, Psychology, Economics or any other related field
• 1 years of relevant experience in job linkage and job business service or other related areas
• Additional Skills /Abilities/ Career Counseling and guidance.
• Relationship Management Inter personal and communication skill
• Organizational and time management skill
• Problem solving and adaptability

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

• Train and coach youth to find and keep job placement and apprenticeship
• Link with industries and find decent employment for graduates and apprenticeship for trainees
• Report feedback from industries to TVET management in order to improve training content
• Keeping records in employment tracking system (ETS)
• Exchange employment data and industry
• Teaching and mentoring Good team work & collaboration
• Networking Skill
• Diversity and inclusion/ awareness
• Empathy and patience 
• Accurate IT administrative skill checks when necessary and report on placement services and outcomes
• Conduct pre- replacement background
• Liaise with employers to understand their hiring needs & coordinate placements.
• Provide career counseling and guidance on job search strategies
