Job Requirements:
- Recent graduates or final-year students in Journalism, Communications, Economics, Social Sciences, or related fields
- Strong passion for storytelling, writing, and publishing content for a wide public audience
- Genuine interest in Ethiopian economic, political, and social issues
- Willingness to conduct basic field research, interviews, and fact-checking
- Good written communication skills (English required; Amharic is a strong advantage)
- Self-motivated, curious, and eager to learn in a fast-paced media environment
- Fresh graduates are highly encouraged to apply (no prior work experience required)
Work Arrangement:
- Primarily remote work
- One in-person meeting per week for coordination, mentoring, and editorial review
