Job description
The Junior Accountant is responsible for supporting daily accounting operations, maintaining accurate financial records, and assisting in reporting and compliance activities.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (e.g., Peachtree)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team and meet deadlines
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks and environments
- Prior internship or entry-level experience is an advantage
Required Skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Package (Word, Excel, Access, Publisher, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to coordinate multiple tasks and work under pressure
