Experience:

Required Skills:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong listening and problem-solving abilities
- Good data entry and computer skills (MS Office, CRM, booking software)
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Basic computer and smartphone usage
- Typing speed of 25–35 WPM recommended
- Familiarity with data entry and customer call logging systems
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone and online platforms in a timely and professional manner
- Process bookings, cancellations, and modifications accurately using the company’s reservation system
- Provide service information, pricing, and availability details to customers
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
