Junior Booking Agent – Call Center

Qualifications

Education: Diploma or Degree in:

• Customer Service
• Management
• Hotel Management
• Tourism Management
• Marketing
• Business Administration
• Public Administration

Experience:

• Zero years of experience required (Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply)

Required Skills:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong listening and problem-solving abilities
• Good data entry and computer skills (MS Office, CRM, booking software)
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Basic computer and smartphone usage
• Typing speed of 25–35 WPM recommended
• Familiarity with data entry and customer call logging systems

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone and online platforms in a timely and professional manner
• Process bookings, cancellations, and modifications accurately using the company’s reservation system
• Provide service information, pricing, and availability details to customers
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
