Position Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Junior Booking Agent to join our call center team. The role involves:
- Handling inbound and outbound calls
- Managing customer bookings
- Providing accurate information
- Ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone and platform in a timely and professional manner.
- Process bookings, cancellations, and modifications accurately using the company’s reservation system.
- Provide service information, pricing, and availability to customers.
- Demonstrate basic computer and smartphone usage.
- Show familiarity with data entry and customer call logging systems.
- Maintain a typing speed of at least 25–35 WPM.
Qualifications
- Education: Diploma or Degree in Customer Service, Management, Marketing, Business Administration, Public Administration, or related fields.
- Experience: Zero years of experience.
- Skills:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong listening and problem-solving abilities.
- Good data entry and computer skills (MS Office, CRM, booking software).
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
