Job Summary
The Junior Branch Customer Relation Officer is responsible for supporting branch-level customer service operations, maintaining strong client relationships, handling customer inquiries, and ensuring smooth service delivery at the branch. The role focuses on improving customer satisfaction, supporting daily banking operations, and assisting in resolving customer issues efficiently.
Qualification
- BA Degree in Management, Business Administration, Accounting, or related fields
- OR Level IV / Diploma in Management, Business Administration, Accounting, or related fields
Experience
- 1 Year (for BA Degree holders)
- 2 Years (for Diploma holders)
Core Duties and Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate information on products and services
- Support branch customer service operations and front-office activities
- Assist in opening and maintaining customer accounts
- Process basic customer requests, transactions, and documentation
- Ensure customer complaints are addressed promptly and professionally
- Promote bank products and services to existing and potential customers
- Maintain accurate customer records and branch documentation
- Support senior staff in daily branch operations and reporting
