Work Station
At factory location in Tulefa town, near the Federal Government of Ethiopia Prison Police Training Institution, Fiche town, approximately 50–55 km from Addis Ababa.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in testing and analyzing raw materials and finished plastic products
- Support quality control and quality assurance processes
- Conduct laboratory experiments and accurately record and report results
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and laboratory standards
- Assist in product development and continuous improvement activities
- Maintain laboratory equipment and ensure proper documentation and record-keeping
- Work closely with production and technical teams to support operational efficiency
Qualifications and Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry or a related field
- Zero years of experience required; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
- Basic understanding of laboratory procedures and chemical analysis techniques
- Strong attention to detail and a willingness to learn and develop professionally
- Good communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Basic computer skills
