Job Summary
T.H. Insurance Brokers S.C is looking for a motivated Junior Claims Officer to join our growing team. This opportunity is ideal for fresh graduates or professionals with 0–2 years of insurance-related experience who want to build a career in insurance claims management.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in receiving, registering, and processing insurance claims (motor, medical, property, etc.).
- Support clients in preparing and submitting claim documents.
- Follow up with insurers, surveyors, garages, and service providers.
- Maintain accurate claims records and files.
- Provide timely updates and support to clients.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Insurance, Engineering, Management, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or related fields.
- 0–2 years of relevant experience (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).
- Basic understanding of insurance principles and claims procedures.
- Good communication skills in English and Amharic.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
