Job Description
As a Junior Developer at FINETO, you will have the opportunity to work closely with our experienced development team to learn and grow your skills while contributing to exciting projects. You will play a crucial role in the development, testing, and maintenance of software applications and solutions, helping us deliver exceptional value to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Collaborate with senior developers and project managers to understand project requirements and objectives.
2. Assist in designing, coding, testing, and debugging software applications.
3. Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality and adherence to coding standards.
4. Identify and fix software defects and issues, ensuring software reliability.
5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate software components and deliver complete solutions.
6. Learn and adapt to new programming languages, frameworks, and technologies.
7. Document software development processes and maintain technical documentation.
8. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve your skills and knowledge.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in electrical & computer Engineering, Software Engineering
- Candidates with a background in Electrical and Computer Engineering will be given preference.
- 0-2 years professional software development experience.
- Strong programming skills in one or more programming languages/frameworks (e.g., React, JavaScript, Java, Python).
- Familiarity with software development methodologies and tools.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Eagerness to learn and a passion for software development.
- Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git)
