Job Requirement
- Qualification: BA Degree in Business and Economics, or BSc Degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Mechanical Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or other related fields of study.
- Experience: Fresh graduates of 2024/25 only or minimum 1 year of work experience in any organization.
Additional Requirements:
- Minimum CGPA of 3.0 for fresh graduate applicants.
- Must have passed the exit examination.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer proficiency and knowledge of MS Office applications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in underwriting and claims processing activities.
- Review applications, documents, and supporting records for accuracy.
- Support risk assessment and policy evaluation processes.
- Handle customer inquiries related to underwriting and claims services.
- Maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation.
- Coordinate with internal departments for claim settlements and approvals.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Provide administrative and operational support to senior officers.
- Assist in preparing periodic reports and performance summaries.
- Perform other related duties assigned by supervisors.
