About the Job
MAG International is seeking a reliable and organized Junior Secretary to provide administrative and clerical support to ensure smooth office operations.
The role involves handling day-to-day office tasks, managing communications, and supporting staff with coordination and documentation.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide general administrative and secretarial support to the office
- Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including phone calls, emails, and correspondence
- Prepare, organize, and maintain documents, files, and records
- Schedule meetings, appointments, and maintain calendars
- Assist in drafting letters, reports, and other documents
- Maintain office supplies and support basic inventory management
- Ensure the office environment remains organized and professional
Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Secretarial Science, Office Administration, or related field
- 0–2 years of relevant work experience (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply)
- Good communication skills in written and spoken English
- Basic computer skills, including MS Word, Excel, and email
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks
- Professional attitude and willingness to learn
