About the Role

We are seeking a motivated Junior System Support to join our support team. The successful candidate will assist in providing client support, logging and tracking support cases, and helping resolve basic technical issues. This role is designed to help build foundational skills in system support, client communication, and service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide on-site and remote support to clients using the system.
• Receive client inquiries through calls, emails, or other communication channels and log support cases.
• Assist in basic troubleshooting and provide initial technical guidance to users.
• Escalate unresolved or complex issues to senior support officers or technical teams.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and support activities.
• Assist in preparing basic reports related to support cases and service activities.
• Participate in training and knowledge-sharing sessions to improve support skills.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Management, Economics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Fresh graduate or up to 1 year of relevant experience.
• Strong willingness to learn and grow in a client support environment.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to follow instructions and adhere to established processes.
• Basic technical knowledge of computer systems and software is an advantage.
• Strong customer-oriented attitude and problem-solving mindset.
